Gembo-Tique is a UK company that can ship our awesome products anywhere in the world.
We usually send orders with tracked 2nd class shipping, but if you need it faster, we can hook you up with 1st class too.

For deliveries in the UK, they've got two options: Tracked 24 and Tracked 48, which go out on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 2pm. Just keep in mind that delivery estimates are from when it's dispatched, not when you order it.

Now, let's talk about delivery fees. If your order is under £40, you'll pay £3.99 for Standard delivery and £5.99 for Express delivery if it's under £55. But if you spend more than those amounts, shipping is on the house! Sweet, right?

For deliveries outside of the UK, we use Royal Mail International Tracked, except for orders over 2KG. Thats too heavy for our posties to deal with.

Delivery time is estimated at 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. But be aware that you may have to cough up some customs and excise fees, so keep that in mind.

Oh, and one more thing: From July 1, 2021,
new European VAT rules for business-to-consumer transactions went into effect.
What does that mean for you? Well, Gembo-Tique isn't responsible for charging VAT on your orders anymore. It's up to you to pay those fees now, my friend. And speaking of fees, due to legalities, we don't mark goods as gifts or put a lower value on customs declaration forms. Just FYI.

Pro-tip: Royal Mail will never ask for any payment regarding your delivery. So if someone tries to hit you up for cash, tell them to do one. And if you miss your delivery, don't sweat it. You can reschedule it or grab your package yourself. But if you do need a refund for a missed or delayed delivery, just know that we'll deduct the original shipping cost.
