The Return of the Unwanted

Hey there! So, we hope you never have to return your goodies, but just in case, here are the deets:

To return your items, they must be in good condition and sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving the order. That means no funky smells or pet hair on your clothes, and footwear must be returned in its original box, which should also be packaged before sending back. Don't worry, we won't charge you a re-boxing fee as long as you follow these rules.

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of certain items for hygiene reasons, like masks, bodysuits, underwear, hosiery, earrings, body piercing items, cosmetics or hair dye.

For our UK customers, returning items is a breeze. Just send it back to us within 14 days for either a site credit/exchange or full refund. If we messed up or the item is faulty, we'll even refund the postage charge. If you used a discount code or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

If you need to return an item from outside the UK, it's all good, just follow these steps: send it back within 14 days, ensure it's in good condition, and make sure to mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS: GB MERCHANDISE FOR EXCHANGE' or 'RETURNED GOODS: GB MERCHANDISE FOR REFUND' if you're outside of the EU. Unfortunately, we won't be able to cover the return postage costs unless we made an error, in which case we'll refund the postage charge.

Once we receive your package, we'll let you know and process your request accordingly. If you want to exchange your item, just give us a heads up and we'll adjust the price difference either way. Your refund will be credited back to the card or PayPal account you used to pay for the order, which should be back in your account within a few days, but please allow up to 14 days during busy periods.
