1. TITLE: is the name of the game, and once you've paid the full purchase price, you're the proud owner of our goods! We'll refer to you as the buyer listed on our Order Forms, and our Agreement to supply the Goods is locked in once we deduct payment from your credit card (which you kindly provided on the Order Form).

We've got a legal duty to provide you with goods that match what we promised you, but here's the thing: computers, mobiles, and tablets all show colours differently. So even though we do our darndest to get the colours right, the pictures, products, and swatches on our website should be seen as close approximations. And because many of our products are well-known brands, if you're really not sure about a colour, we suggest you check it out in person at a store first.

We list our prices in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) for UK orders, AUD$ for Australia and New Zealand, USD$ for the US and Canada, and Euro for European orders. When you place an order, we'll double-check it and let you know if everything's hunky-dory. If so, we'll charge you the price that was in effect when you hit the 'Order' button (and we'll let you know about delivery costs at that time too). And unless we tell you otherwise, all prices include VAT but not delivery costs.

3.1 Promotional Code Usage: The Discount Dance.
We love our loyal customers, so we always try to offer up the best products and prices we can. To keep things fair, there are some rules for using our promo codes:

3.1.1: Only one (1) promo code is allowed per order, and the discount will usually apply to the lowest-priced item first. If you have multiple promo codes that can be used on one product, we'll give you the largest discount.

3.1.2: Promo codes are tied to your user account. We reserve the right to make the call on who gets to use what code, based on the info you give us. And if we suspect you're gaming the system by setting up multiple accounts to score extra discounts, we'll have to cancel those orders.

3.1.3: Sorry, but promo codes can't be used together with other promotions, and they're only good for products on our website.

3.1.4: We can cancel a promotion at any time without warning, so keep an eye out for the latest and greatest deals!

4. DELIVERY: Here, There, and Almost Everywhere.
We're happy to ship our face masks anywhere in the world, but our other goods are only available in the European Union, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Canada. If you're ordering heavier items, you'll be able to track them through the carrier's website. If we've got the goods in stock, we'll aim to get them to you within the timeframe we quoted when you made the purchase. And if we don't have the goods on hand, we'll try to deliver within 30 days or you can cancel the order. If you give us your mobile number, we may pass it along to our carrier so they can text you updates about your delivery status. By giving us your digits, you're giving us the go-ahead to use them for this purpose. When you place your order, you'll get to pick from a few delivery options.

To get your hands on our lovely goods, you'll need to browse our website using your trusty internet browser and our super-slick navigation menu. Once you've found what you're looking for, fill out the Order Form and follow the instructions to pay. When you hit that 'Checkout' button, you're committing to pay up. We'll process your order and charge your card or other payment method accordingly.


We always try to keep our website updated with the latest info on our stock levels, but sometimes things get a little wild and items go out of stock before we can snag 'em. If that happens, your order will be 'Backordered' while we order more stock or wait for it to arrive. We'll give you options for what to do next, whether that's waiting for the stock to come in, choosing an alternative product, or cancelling your order altogether.

If your chosen products are in stock, we'll process your order as quickly as possible and deduct the price from your nominated payment method. Your goodies will be on their way to you in no time! We aim to deliver to our UK customers as fast as possible, depending on the delivery option you choose. If you don't receive your products within 5 to 7 working days of us confirming availability, let us know and we'll work out a solution together.


We're an internet-based service, so email is a big part of our communication with you. That's why it's super important that you give us a valid email address when you place your order. We'll keep you updated via email about your order, from the moment you register to the moment your goodies are on their way. If you've given us your consent, we'll also send you offers and discounts via email. But don't worry, if you're not feeling it, you can unsubscribe at any time.

We get it, sometimes you change your mind. That's why we offer a 14-day cancellation period, starting from the day after you receive your goods (or purchase services). If you want to cancel, just shoot us an email at You'll need to send the goods back to us in their original condition within 14 days of letting us know, and we'll credit your account with the refund as soon as possible. Just don't go using or damaging the goods beyond what's necessary to check them out, or we might have to reduce the refund amount. And if we have to come collect the item from you, we might have to charge you for the privilege.

Look, we want you to love your Gembo-Tique purchase, but we get it, sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we have a super simple 14-day returns policy. We're not trying to be shady here, but we can't be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by us if it's not our fault, or if you do something silly that ends up making things worse. Of course, we're not off the hook for any fraudulent or downright dangerous stuff, so don't worry about that.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Now, don't worry, we won't make you sign in blood or anything like that, but by using our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. So, if you have any questions or concerns, just give us a shout. We're a friendly bunch, promise!

You get the benefit of any warranties or guarantees from the suppliers of the products you choose, and your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement. And hey, let's be honest, you promise to tell the truth on the Order Form.

We won't be held liable if we can't perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control. Think acts of God, war, government restrictions, or even just a power outage.

If a provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it won't ruin the whole party. The laws of the United Kingdom govern this agreement, and clicking "I accept" doesn't seal the deal until we say so.

We love a good promotion, but we also reserve the right to exclude certain products or styles. Promotional codes can only be used on full-priced items, Sale items are excluded unless explicitly stated.. And sorry, but only one code per order, we're not made of money!
