We usually send orders with tracked 2nd class shipping, but if you need it faster, we can hook you up with 1st class too.
For deliveries in the UK, we generally ship 2nd class although we can do first on request, just shout us a message before you pay. We ship out on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at around 3pm. Just keep in mind that delivery estimates are from when it's dispatched, not when you order it.

For deliveries outside of the UK, we generally use Royal Mail International Tracked, except for orders over 2KG. That's too heavy for our posties to deal with.
Delivery time is estimated at 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. But be aware that you may have to cough up some customs and excise fees, so keep that in mind.

You can reschedule it or grab your package yourself. But if you do need a refund for a missed or delayed delivery, just know that we'll deduct the original shipping cost.
